Month-End Docs is operated by PhoneScreen AI LLC. Bookkeeping firms use it to collect monthly documents from their clients. We collect the firm's details (name, work email, reply-to address), the client names and email addresses the firm adds, and the documents clients upload.

Client documents

Uploaded statements, payroll reports and receipts are stored encrypted at rest with Cloudflare R2. Only the firm that asked for them can open them, after signing in. A client's upload link only accepts files: it never lists or shows a file after upload. Files are never sent by email.

Each upload is read by an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI to check that it is the statement or receipt that was asked for (the period, the last four digits of the account, the amount). The reading is used only for that check. We do not use client documents to train AI models.

Files are deleted 180 days after the end of the month they belong to, or sooner when the firm deletes them or deletes the client.

Everything else

We do not sell personal data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. Emails to clients are sent on the firm's behalf, with replies going to the firm. Support conversations may be answered with the help of an AI assistant; a person reviews anything it cannot resolve.
