Do my clients need an account?

No. Each client gets one link that lists what you need from them this month.

Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?

It works alongside any ledger. There's no QuickBooks or Xero connection yet. Export uncategorized transactions as CSV and it asks clients for those receipts.

How many clients can I add?

Up to 75 active clients for $49 a month.
